About the Author

Dr. Chhablani is a consultant at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad, India. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals in field of macular disorders and imaging. He is on the reviewing boards of all high impact Ophthalmology journals. He is on the editorial board for Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, PLOS One, BMC Ophthalmology and Clinical Ophthalmology. He is member of Global ONE network committee of American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has won several national and international awards. He has delivered inaugural Ian Constable lecture at Asia-Pacific Vitreo-Retina Society. He is exploring various aspects of choroidal imaging including histological changes using cadaveric eyes, image processing to develop automated algorithms and developing tools to analyze choroidal structures in daily clinical practice.
