Dr. Megh Raj Goyal obtained his BSc degree from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India. He obtained his MS and PhD degrees from Ohio State University, USA. At present, he is a retired professor at the University of Puerto Rico. He is also Senior Acquisitions Editor for Apple Academic Press, Inc., in the areas of agricultural science and biomedical engineering, as well as Editor-in-Chief of the book series Advances in Bioengineering Research and Applications, published by AAP. He has published more than 200 technical articles in professional journals, a textbook on the elements of agroclimatology, conference proceedings on biomechanics, and two bibliographies on micro irrigation. He is also the author of the recent Apple Academic Press book Management of Drip/Trickle or Micro Irrigation. He is a professionally licensed engineer.
