About the Author

Amira El-Messidi graduated with an MDCM degree from McGill University in 2002. After completion of her residency and fellowship at the University of Ottawa, she joined McGill as a staff in 2009 and is currently an Associate Professor at McGill’s Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Consultant of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
