About the Author

Barbara J. Fry, MEd (Adult), BN, RN, is president of Workplace ­Dynamix, Inc., an active member of the College of Registered Nurses in Nova Scotia, and a professional keynote speaker and facilitator. She received a BN and diploma in Teaching in Schools of Nursing from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, a Change Management Certificate from Queen’s University (1997), and a master of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University (2003). Her master’s thesis was “Facilitating Workplace Relational Learning: The Intersection of Power, Caring, and Quality of Work Life.”
